Website terms of use
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website. They don’t cover the work we carry out for you: that’s agreed separately, in our quote and the terms that come with it.
Who we are
This website is run by Complete Fire Services, 26–28 Southgates Road, Great Yarmouth NR30 3LL. You can contact us at info@completefireservices.com or on 01493 249 269.
Information on this website
The guidance on this website is general information about keeping premises safe and compliant. It’s checked against the official guidance when it’s written and reviewed regularly, but laws, standards and guidance change, and every building is different. It isn’t a substitute for a risk assessment of your premises or for advice about your particular circumstances.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending us an enquiry or a message doesn’t create a contract. A quote is an offer to carry out the work described in it, on the terms set out with it, and it only becomes a contract once you accept it.
Customer accounts
If you have an online account, the sign-in links we email you are for you alone. Don’t forward them. If you think someone else has had access to your account, tell us straight away and we’ll stop it.
Using our content
The text, photos and design of this website belong to us. You’re welcome to print or share pages for your own use or your organisation’s, but please don’t copy them onto another website or use them commercially without asking us first.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, including official guidance and our online shop, we do so for your convenience. We’re not responsible for the content of websites we don’t run.
Our responsibility
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either. As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for any loss arising from your use of the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
