Complete Fire ServicesFire, electrical and water compliance

Facilities compliance: one schedule, one contact

Most premises need fire, electrical and water hygiene checks on different cycles, often from different firms. We bring them together: one contact, one schedule, reminders before anything falls due, and the records organised by site.

Multi-service contracts

If you need several services, they can be covered by one agreement instead of separate bookings with separate firms. Before anything starts, we set out in writing which services are included, how often each is done, and the price, so there are no surprises.

You don’t have to move everything at once. Most customers start with one service, usually PAT testing or fire extinguisher servicing, and add others when they fall due.

Scheduling and reminders

Every service at every site has its own due date, worked out from when it was last done and how often it needs doing. You’re emailed before each one falls due, with a link to book the visit, and where it works operationally, services due around the same time are combined into one attendance.

  • Due dates recorded for every service at every site
  • Reminders by email before services fall due
  • Visits combined where it works operationally, so your site is disrupted less often
  • Nothing depending on one person remembering

Multi-site support

For facilities managers, managing agents, landlords, school trusts and care groups with several buildings, the same approach works across a portfolio. Each site has its own record, access notes and contacts, and visits are planned by area across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire to keep travel and disruption down.

Tell us how many sites you have and where they are, and we’ll suggest how to group them.

Records, reports and certification

Certificates and reports for every service are kept against the site they relate to, in the same format for every site, so you can find what an inspector, insurer or auditor asks for without searching through emails.

Every customer can have an online account showing each site’s services, what’s due and when, the certificates and reports from each visit ready to download, and any recommendations we’ve made. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so there’s no password to remember. Customer login

Site compliance reviews

If you’re not sure what you have, what’s due or what applies to your premises, start with a compliance visit. We walk the site with you, look at what’s in place and what records you have, and tell you what we’d recommend, with what the relevant guidance says and how urgent each point is. We’ll confirm what the visit includes, and whether there’s a charge, before we book it.

We don’t use scare tactics. If something isn’t required for your premises, we’ll say so, and the decision on what to do next is yours.
