About Complete Fire Services

What we do

We keep commercial premises safe and compliant. Our services include fire extinguisher servicing, extinguisher supply and installation, fire risk assessments, fire stopping and passive fire protection, fire safety signage, emergency lighting, PAT testing, legionella risk assessments and legionella testing, monitoring and control, carried out by our own engineers. We work for offices, shops, schools, care homes, hotels and holiday parks, industrial units, landlords and managing agents, and for contractors on construction projects. Some customers have one building; others have several sites across East Anglia.

How we work

• Practical advice based on the actual risk. If we notice something that applies to your premises, we tell you what we saw, what the relevant guidance says and how urgent it is. If something isn’t required, we say so.
• No pressure. Recommendations are written down and left with you to decide. There’s no expectation to decide on the day.
• Clear records. Certificates and reports for every visit, organised by site and available in your online account.
• Reminders before things fall due. Every service date is recorded and you’re emailed before the next one, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
• One contact. For questions, access arrangements and any follow-up work.
